My story
I have spent over 40 years working in and around Sri Lanka's property market — as a buyer, a seller, and an observer of an industry that too often puts profit before people.
Time and again I watched unregulated brokers exploit both sides of a transaction. Sellers were pressured into accepting lower prices so agents could pocket inflated commissions. Buyers were misled about true costs, legal status, and property values. The system was broken — and nobody was fixing it.
Now retired and living in the United Kingdom, I had the time, the perspective, and the determination to do something about it. I built this platform with a single purpose: to give Sri Lankan property owners and buyers a completely free, honest, and transparent way to connect — with no commission, no brokers, and no hidden agenda.
Every listing on this platform comes directly from the legal owner. Every enquiry goes directly to that owner. There is no middleman taking a cut. There is no fee at any stage. My reward is your trust — and the knowledge that this platform is making property transactions in Sri Lanka a little fairer.
